As most of you know, this Wednesday, I travel to Campos, Brazil (in the Northeastern region of Rio de Janeiro, Campos dos Goitacases). At Universidade Estdual do Norte Fluminense, I will spend my sabatical teaching Collaborative Public Management. I look forward to the next five months in a new location and culture.
